Returns & Exchanges

We have good news for you! We accept exchanges and returns on all our products, you just need to read some essential requirements that need to be met for the exchange or return to be applied.

The following return and exchange policy only applies to purchases made through our online store: www.labikineriaoficial.com. Changes and returns of purchases made in physical stores must be made in the store where the original purchase was made.

1) Exchange and return policies

To make an exchange or return effective, the product must not show signs of having been used: be dirty, without brand and composition labels, or without the sanitary protector, if applicable. La Bikinería reserves the right to refuse to make the exchange or refund in case the product (s) has been used, soiled, or altered in any way. In all cases, La Bikinería will not be able to absorb the return shipping costs.

The exchange and return policy does not apply to discounted products *, swimwear, or underwear. Discounted products will not be candidates for exchanges or coupon refunds. Any discounted product we receive will be returned to the customer's address.


Changes

Changes can only be made once and for the same product (it may vary in size or color) or for a different product with the same price as the original product. If a lower priced product is required, the difference will be refunded in a coupon that will be sent via email, which will be valid for one year. In case of requiring a higher-priced product, an email will be sent with a link to make the payment of the remaining amount.

 

Returns

They will be made exclusively in the form of a coupon, which can be used only for purchases in the online store and will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The return will be made for the amount paid for the product (s), without considering shipping costs.

If your order included a courtesy gift and only if you wish to apply a return, you must send the entire order including the courtesy gift.

Shipping costs caused by exchanges or returns

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns of purchases made in the online store will not be absorbed by La Bikinería in any case, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend choosing a secure and traceable method to send your package, as we are not responsible for lost packages. In case the package is not received, La Bikinería is not obliged to make the exchange or return. In the case of changes, the cost of the guide to send the new product will also be absorbed by the customer.

Once the change request is accepted by La Bikinería, the client will be notified via email, where a link will be included to make the payment and thus be able to generate the new shipping guide.



 

Deadlines and requirements

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your order to validate your exchange or return process.

Any package received that exceeds the established days will be returned to the customer.

It is essential to include the original purchase receipt in the package to be sent with the product subject to exchange or return.




 

2) Procedure for exchanges and returns

In each purchase we send, we include an Exchanges and Returns Form, you only need to fill it out completely to avoid delays in the process.

You must include the Exchange and Returns Form and your original purchase receipt in the package that you will send us. We recommend that you keep a copy of your ticket. Do not forget to close your package well and put the "Security" stamp that we include in your original order. We recommend choosing a safe and traceable method for your shipment.

As soon as you send your package write to us at labikineriaonline@gmail.com with the tracking number of your package. This way, we can verify that it is within the range of days of the exchange and return policy.

In the case of changes, once the change request is authorized by La Bikinería, we will send you an email confirming your information along with a link where you can make the payment for the shipment of the new product. Once the payment has been processed, we will send you a notification with your new tracking number.



 

Manufacturing warranty

The manufacturing defect warranty is 60 days from the delivery date.
