How is the process for exchanges and returns?

How long does the Exchanges and Returns process take?
We will do our best to make it as agile and fast as possible. As soon as we receive the package we will let you know via email if the exchange or return was authorized to follow the process. However, we ask for a time of 48 to 72 hours to process the case.
What happens if my order arrived damaged or missing?
You have nothing to worry about! You can be sure that we work very hard to offer all our customers the highest quality service and products. However, if this happens, you can write to us at email@example.com and we will urgently review the case and give you the best solution.

How can I track my order?

Unfortunately not. Due to the nature of the parts, our inventory is changing and we will not be able to have the same product again. We recommend that you make your purchase as soon as you see a product that you loved published in our online store. If you liked it, don't let it go!
